today gort PC. woahhs, the topic today was about how to adapt to changes. mdm su'ad asked us about wad change we have to adapt to. and we told her, friendship. den she said smth about DENIAL, RESISTANCE, EXPLORATION and COMMITMENT. she said denial was not accepting facts at first, which is normal. den resistance was smth about mourning the past and not moving on. den exploration was about exploring new ways and possibilities. and commitment is when someone successfully overcome the change and experience growth and adaptation. was luffing then larhs . hahas, karnt blame? diana seems to be afriad of mdm su'ad? LOLs =X den today PE was FUNNY ~ LOL. dint run ~ but tmr got PFT ! sianed. need to run.
